The Platform is owned and operated by LearnHub4U (“LearnHub4U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an education and training services provider incorporated under applicable Indian laws.
By accessing or using the Platform and enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published by LearnHub4U from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including learners, visitors, trainers, mentors, and any other individuals accessing LearnHub4U services. The Terms shall apply mutatis mutandis to all communication channels operated by LearnHub4U, including but not limited to email, phone, WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups, learning management systems, discussion forums, and social media communities.
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms unless you explicitly withdraw consent by notifying LearnHub4U in writing.
LearnHub4U reserves the right to update, amend, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform, email, or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
LearnHub4U provides professional training programs in areas including but not limited to Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Full Stack Development, Business Analytics, Investmet Banking and related technology domains (“Services” or “Programs”).
LearnHub4U reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Program, feature, or service at its sole discretion. Program content, structure, duration, delivery mode, and faculty may change to maintain academic relevance and quality.
Information provided by users during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Subject to your acceptance of these Terms, LearnHub4U grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal learning purposes.
You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any content or services without prior written consent from LearnHub4U.
Access to learning resources is provided as per the enrolled Program and subject to the policies outlined below:
Learners will have access to recorded classes and sessions for Lifetime period as specified in their Program details. LearnHub4U may revise access timelines and will provide reasonable notice if access is to be revoked.
Access to mentors, trainers, doubt-clearing sessions, or live interactions is provided as part of specific Programs and may be subject to scheduling limits, availability, and fair usage policies.
Learners may retain access to assignments and notes created during the course for internal learning purposes. LearnHub4U reserves the right to restrict or revoke access in exceptional circumstances with prior notice.
Learners may be added to community groups for peer learning and collaboration. LearnHub4U does not guarantee responses from peers and is not liable for third-party platform availability.
LearnHub4U may facilitate career-related 360 Degree support such as resume guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, or job opportunity sharing through internal or external channels.Career services may have time-bound access limits as defined per Program.
LearnHub4U may allow learners to pause, reschedule, or switch Programs subject to internal policies, timelines, and applicable fees.
Any such requests must be initiated through official communication channels. No refunds shall be permitted post program change or rescheduling unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All Platform content, including videos, curriculum, notes, presentations, branding, and materials, are the intellectual property of LearnHub4U or its licensors.Users agree not to record, distribute, share, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
Similarly, any original materials shared by trainers shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed by LearnHub4U to third parties without permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LearnHub4U provides learner support through official communication channels. While reasonable efforts are made to address issues promptly by Career Coach.Any guidance provided by LearnHub4U support staff shall not be construed as a warranty or legal assurance.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Platform, enrollment in any Program, or any services provided by LearnHub4U Edutech Pvt Ltd shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and good faith negotiations between the parties.
If such dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice by either party, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by LearnHub4U. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India.
