Learnhub4u Refund Policy

At LearnHub4U, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and complete transparency in our policies. We encourage learners to carefully review the course details before enrolling. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Payment Failures & Gateway Issues

In the event that a payment made through a third-party payment gateway fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, such amount shall be automatically credited back to the same account within 7–14 business days, subject to reconciliation by the payment gateway and the user’s bank.

2. Registration Fee

Any registration or onboarding fee, if applicable, is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee is utilized for setting up learner accounts, LMS access, dashboards, and initial administrative processes.

3. Course / Admission Fee Refund Eligibility

The course or admission fee (excluding the registration fee and applicable taxes) is refundable only if a refund request is submitted within 5 business days of the date of enrollment, and before the commencement of live classes or access to substantial course content, subject to verification. Refunds approved within this window may be subject to administrative or processing deductions, as mentioned on the course page or enrollment communication.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds shall be granted in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made after 5 business days from the date of enrollment or payment
  • Accessing live classes, recordings, assignments, projects, or learning materials beyond the initial trial period.
  • Payment made through EMI, installment plans, or education loans facilitated by third-party lenders.
  • Courses purchased at a discounted, subsidized, or promotional price.
  • Voluntary withdrawal, discontinuation, or non-attendance by the learner.
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria for placement assistance, including attendance or project submission

5. Installment & Subscription Payments

If a learner opts for payment in installments or subscription-based plans, no refunds shall be applicable for any amount already paid, irrespective of course progress or discontinuation.

6. Course Cancellation by LearnHub4U

In the unlikely event that LearnHub4U cancels a program or batch due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled learners shall be eligible for a refund of the course fee paid, after deduction of applicable taxes and administrative charges, or may opt for a batch transfer or credit note, as communicated.

8. Refund Process & Timeline

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official email id provided by the team,cUpon receipt, LearnHub4U will conduct an internal verification. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.

9. Finality of Policy

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of LearnHub4U’s Terms of Use. By enrolling in any course, the learner acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy. No refunds shall be issued beyond what is expressly stated herein.
